Your order can be picked up any time during regular business hours. We typically have pickups ready for you the day of but sometimes we need 1 business day to process and complete your order. But don't worry, you'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you!

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says "Promo Code".

Once your order is successfully submitted, our team works hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2-3 business days.

Then, once it has been dropped off to the correct mail carrier, it should be in your hands in 2 to 3 additional business days depending on current shipping times and which shipping method you selected.
