SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lark & Lily Boutique. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Shipment processing time:
Standard orders will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Priority orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once an order ships, the delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed as they are an approximation based on the average delivery time for past orders. All shipments are sent on non-holiday weekdays -- orders that placed on weekends or a holiday will be shipped the following weekdays. Delivery times are not guaranteed as carriers may experience unexpected delays that we cannot control.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Changes:
Once orders have been placed no changes including cancellation can be made. For example: product, quantity, size, address, payment, etc.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Lark & Lily Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Lark & Lily Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Lost/Stolen/Undeliverable Items
Please ensure the correct delivery address has been entered on your order (you may verify this through your email confirmation). If a correction needs to be made please contact us at info@larkandlilyboutique.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address corrections after order placement depending on order status.
Lark & Lily is not responsible for orders once they leave our store. This includes lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost during transit, stolen after delivery, sent to the wrong address, or returned due to delivery issues you will need to contact the carrier directly to investigate the matter. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
International shipping is available. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
